Shipping & Processing
Standard shipping is FREE for all orders in the US: 3-7 business days via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
Photo prints 5x7" and 8x10" are mailed in stay-flay mailers. Photo prints 11x14" and larger are rolled and mailed inside mailing tubes to prevent shipping damage. Canvases and framed prints are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap before boxed.
Current production times prior to shipping:
- Unframed Photo Prints: 1-7 business days
- Unframed Canvases: 1-7 business days
- Framed Photo Prints, 5x7" & 8x10": up to 1 week
- Framed Photo Prints, 11x14" and larger: up to 4 weeks
- Framed Canvases: up to 3 weeks
Please allow additional processing time for personalized or custom orders.
