Exchanges, Replacements, and Refunds
If an item arrives damaged from shipping or is flawed, Lakeline Design will offer a replacement including shipping of the item (please contact within 30 days of purchase). Images of the damaged or flawed item is required for the approval of a replacement. Please contact us ASAP if your item arrives damaged or is flawed.
Exchanges and refunds are not allowed under most circumstances. 

Cancellations are accepted within one hour of purchase. Additionally, under special circumstances the seller may be subjected to cancel an order.
