All orders are made to order. Returns are not accepted. If you believe your order is eligible for a replacement, please refer to the information below.
Replacements, Exchanges and Refunds
Replacements: If an item arrives damaged or is flawed, we will happily provide a replacement, including shipping for the damaged item. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase and provide images of the damaged or flawed item for approval.
Exchanges and Refunds: These are not allowed under most circumstances.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within one hour of purchase. Please contact us to cancel your order.
