Shipping Policy

General
Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders unless specified otherwise at checkout. Unique orders may require a shipping fee. 
International shipping is not offered.

Shipping Fees
Shipping is FREE in the U.S unless specified otherwise. For unique orders, a shipping fee may be applied. 

Packaging.
Photo prints are shipped rolled in a protective mailing tube, 5x7 photo prints are shipped flat. 
Canvas prints are shipped in protective cardboard.
Gift wrapped orders are shipped flat.
If a combination of any prints are ordered, the order may be shipped in unique packaging or multiple packages.

Processing and Delivery Times
Non-personalized or custom orders are processed and shipped within 1-7 business days.
Custom orders generally are processed and shipped within 2-10 business days.
Free Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

Personalized Orders
Orders containing personalization will be shipped per the details above.
Failing to provide all details in your personalization request may subject your order to shipping delays.

Tracking Information
A label containing shipping information and tracking number will be created once your order is packaged. You will receive the tracking number and will be able to determine the location of the package.
If your tracking has no updates for 5 days after the tracking number has been created, or abruptly stopped updating over a span of 5 days, please contact us. Your package may be stuck in shipment or even returned to sender due to an insufficient address. Please contact us. 
  
Delays, Damage, Etc. 
Lakeline Design is NOT responsible for shipping delays. Please consider any strict delivery dates that you may have to prevent possible problems or delays.
Please contact us ASAP if your order arrives damaged.
