Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take for my photo print or canvas to process?
Current production times prior to shipping:
  • Unframed Photo Prints: 1-7 business days
  • Unframed Canvases: 1-7 business days
  • Framed Photo Prints, 5x7" & 8x10": up to 1 week
  • Framed Photo Prints, 11x14" and larger: up to 4 weeks
  • Framed Canvases: up to 3 weeks

Please allow additional processing time for personalized or custom orders.

Once an item has shipped, you will be notified with the tracking information.

How are items shipped?
Photo prints 5x7" and 8x10" are mailed in stay-flay mailers. Photo prints 11x14" and larger are rolled and mailed inside mailing tubes to prevent shipping damage. Framed prints and canvases are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap before boxed.
How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping is FREE for all orders in the US: 3-7 business days via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Please note that shipping time represents the amount of time shipping will take after processing (see above).

Can I change my shipping address once I place an order?
Yes, please contact us as soon as possible. Your address cannot be changed once your order has shipped.
Can I ship my order to a PO Box?
Based on size, weight, or shipping restrictions, some products may be delayed when shipped to a PO box address. We may ask for an alternative shipping address if your PO box is not elgible for shipping. Lakeline Design is not responsible for any lost or delayed item shipped to a PO box.
What should I do if my tracking has not updated?
If your package’s tracking has not updated for 5 days, please contact us. Sometimes packages are not scanned, misplaced, or lost by mail services. If it abruptly stops updating, it may be stuck in shipment or returned due to an insufficient address.

Return, Exchange, Replacement, Refund, & Cancellation

What is your return policy?
All orders are made to order. Returns are not accepted. If you believe your order is eligible for a replacement, please refer to the information below.
What about replacements, exchanges and refunds?

Replacements: If an item arrives damaged or is flawed, we will happily provide a replacement, including shipping for the damaged item. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase and provide images of the damaged or flawed item for approval.

Exchanges and Refunds: These are not allowed under most circumstances.

Do you accept order cancellations?

Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase.

Our prints are available on high-quality photo paper and stretched canvas. Each material is chosen for its durability and ability to showcase the intricate details of lake depths. Photo prints and canvases can be professionally framed.
What sizes and framing options are available?

We offer various sizes and framing options to suit your preferences. You can choose from different frame colors for both photo prints and canvases.
