IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ!
- To ensure the fulfillment of your custom desires, accurate and complete details are required. An email regarding your custom order will be sent within 24 hours of purchase. A draft of the custom print will be provided for your approval, and edits can be made if necessary.
- Failed Communication: In the case of no response from your end, your order will begin processing after 8 days from Lakeline Design's initial email. No changes are allowed after your print begins processing. Unfortunately, refunds or returns are unavailable in most failed communication cases. Failed communication may delay your order.
- Please understand that your requested lake may not be suitable for a depth design. On occasion, some lakes do not have bathymetric data or records. Options will be provided if your lake is not suitable for a depth design. If necessary, a refund and order cancellation will be made.
PERSONALIZATION BOX
- Include the lake name, nearest city, and state of the lake in your personalization message.
- The text on your print is automatically assumed Lake Name (title) and State (subtitle). Otherwise, please include a title and/or subtitle, or "none" for neither. If you have a different text style in mind, please specify your idea.
- Orientation is automatically assumed in best fit format. Otherwise, please include your choice of orientation.
- To add a location pin, please provide the location pin type and address or GPS coordinates.
- For other special requests, please also provide those in the personalization box. For more complicated personalization changes, please send an email.

- Processing time ranges 1-10 business days
- Free Standard Shipping: 3-6 business days
- Photo prints are shipped in a protective mailing tube, or shipped flat if sized 5x7
- Canvas prints are shipped in protective cardboard packaging
