My lake is not listed on your site. Can I request a custom order?
Yes, customs are accepted! Please view the custom print listing here to place an order. If you have any questions, please message us.
Can I change my shipping address once I place an order?
Yes, please contact us within one hour of purchase. Your address cannot be changed once your order has shipped.
My tracking has not updated or is not updating. What should I do?
If your package’s tracking has not updated 5 days please contact us. On occasions, your package may have not been scanned, has been misplaced, or may even be lost by USPS.
If your package’s tracking has abruptly stopped updating it may be stuck in shipment, or even returned back to the sender due to an insufficient address. If it does not update after 5 days, or hasn’t arrived, please contact us.
Unfortunately, occasional complications do occur. Please consider any strict delivery dates that you may have to prevent possible problems or delays.
Lakeline Design is not responsible for lost packages, or additional shipping fees if package is returned to sender.
Can I ship my order to a PO Box?
Based on size, weight, or shipping restrictions, some products may be delayed when shipped to a PO box address. Lakeline Design is not responsible for any lost or delayed item shipped to a PO box.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, there is no need to create an account to place an order. If you plan to order again in the future, creating an account is recommended.
